James Beard award winner and Internationally acclaimed chef, Hugh Acheson comes to Fogo Island from Athens, Georgia for a weekend of food, foraging, and music. It is a Canadian Thanksgiving feast celebrating Fogo Island’s foodways and bounty. Fresh cod, the humble fish that changed the world, time-honoured preservation methods, and the relationship between our sustenance and our communities, hold centre stage over the course of this two-night getaway.

The full board Canadian Thanksgiving Chef's Weekend two-night stay starts at $1,925 per night for two people and includes all meals. It is based on two persons sharing (solo travellers deduct $325; family suites are available) and offers cultural activities, full use of guest facilities and all meals in the Inn’s award-winning Dining Room.
