With its dramatic high ceiling and immense windows, the Dining Room overlooks the land and sea from which every meal is sourced. The views shift with the seasons — tranquil waters, breaching whales, temperamental gales. Set amid this changing landscape, dining here is anchored in the warm hospitality that defines us.

Just like Fogo Island, our menus vary greatly by season; they are altered and adapted to the bounty of local produce available. Ingredients are chosen based on what can be fished, farmed, and foraged. Whatever the season, every dish tells a story.

The island’s natural and cultural heritage is upheld by the Dining Room’s design. Simple and elegant furnishings are handcrafted at Fogo Island Workshops and Dutch designer Frank Tjepkema’s chandeliers mimic the motif of our wildflowers.
