Learn the medicinal and edible uses of local flora from one of our expert naturalists. They will share how our culinary team uses the island's natural bounty in our food and beverage program. Taste wild ingredients from Fogo Island, like bakeapple, partridgeberries, sweet gale, juniper, herbs, Labrador tea, and so many more. 

Combine Foraging Workshops with Hiking, Biking, or Bushcraft to forage your own ingredients.
