Brave a dip in the Labrador Current, the cold oceanic current that flows southward from Labrador and surrounds Fogo Island.
Take a cold plunge from Fogo Island’s only sandy beach or from one of hidden coves and tickles recommended by our Outdoor Adventure Guides. Swim in the North Atlantic, or in one of the island's many ponds, and enjoy the many health benefits of cooler waters.

- Towels and hot beverages are provided. Swimsuits are also available, but we recommend packing your own.
- If you would like an extra layer, we suggest bringing your own wet suit.
