Forage the edible plants and herbs found across Fogo Island and learn how you can use them in tea, cocktails, and mocktails.
Learn the medicinal and edible uses of local flora from one of our Outdoor Adventure guides. They will share how our culinary team uses the island's natural bounty in our food and beverage program. Taste wild ingredients from Fogo Island, like bakeapple, partridgeberries, sweet gale, juniper, herbs, Labrador tea, and so many more.
Combine Foraging Workshops with Hiking, Biking, or Bushcraft to forage your own ingredients.

- Cocktail-making workshops with foraged ingredients are available. Advanced notice is highly recommended. Workshops will take place indoors at the Inn.
