Guided Yoga
Focus your breath and open your senses to all that Fogo Island has to offer.
Join Fogo Island-based yoga instructor, Jennifer Charles, for a 60-minute practice of strength, balance, and intention. Our guided yoga blends Vinyasa Flow and Restorative styles and is suitable for all levels.
Practice yoga in our Yoga & Fitness Room, or, if weather permits, overlooking the North Atlantic on the Rooftop. Larger groups can also be accommodated in our Gathering Hall.
Combine Guided Yoga with a Sauna Experience or a visit to our Hot Tubs.

Max. 12 per group. Larger groups can be accommodated, but advanced notice is highly recommended.
Good to know
- Yoga mats, blocks, straps, and blankets are available for use.
- We suggest guests bring comfortable activewear to practice yoga.
- Guided morning yoga classes are scheduled 2 to 4 times weekly. Early sign-up is recommended.
- Find our Guest Experiences team in the Tea Room to reserve your space or ask about practicing yoga outside of our regular scheduled classes.
