Traditional Boil-Up Lunch
A “boil-up” is one of Newfoundland’s proudest culinary traditions.
A home-cooked meal is all you need to partake in a boil-up, best experienced amidst the wild woodlands of Fogo Island or in a traditional saltbox home. Let the comforting flavours of hearty soups and stews, tasty toutons (fried bread dough), and freshly baked treats warm you as you sit together and share stories around good food and good company.
