Shore Time

September 26-29, 2024

Presented by our parent charity, Shorefast, and Fogo Island Arts, Shore Time is a new biannual gathering celebrating the intersections of art, ecology, culture, and food. The artist led program explores the importance of place, the challenges faced by remote and coastal communities, and the pivotal role of artists in imagining a sustainable future.

The public program for Shore Time is available online. You can explore the lineup of curator-led tours, talks with celebrated artists, studio visits, guided hikes, and food circles here: Shore Time Schedule. The Inn offers all-inclusive hospitality within a regenerative travel model. All Shore Time events, meals, amenities, guided excursions, and gratuities are included in your stay.

Fogo Island Arts’ international residency program believes that artists are visionaries with a unique capacity to reveal and respond to the complexities of our time. In coming together on an island off an island in the North Atlantic for Shore Time, we hope to foster a shared sense of belonging.
