Fogo Island Inn Now a Gold Good Food Innovator
This past August, Fogo Island Inn once again participated in Food Day Canada, the annual celebration of our nation's food and culinary culture. The day aims to put the spotlight on Canadian producers and ingredients, ensuring that local offerings are at the cornerstone of our daily meals and menus. The vibrancy of Fogo Island's foodways were showcased by Chef Jonathan Gushue and the kitchen team's menu for the day, which this month was awarded Gold in the University of Guelph's Good Food Innovator Awards.
