Mindfulness in Nature

Take the time to stop, be still, and listen on our wellness retreat.

Guests will be lead through guided meditation and morning yoga flow by a local yoga teacher. Our Outdoor Adventure Lead, Lorie Penton, will teach participants about the wellness benefits of foraged botanicals in tea-tasting seminars.

Connect with nature on hikes, marine experiences, or even pond swimming (depending on the weather). Quieter pursuits include curling up by a warm woodstove, to read or journal, or unwind from the day’s exploration our rooftop saunas or hot tubs, taking in the expansive views of the North Atlantic and starry skies.
