East Coast meets West when Nimmo Bay’s Chef, Linnea LeTourneau, joins Executive Chef Timothy Charles to unite two of Canada’s most iconic coastal foodways.
It is our philosophy at Fogo Island Inn that food should provide you with renewed energy and connect you to the landscape you’re visiting. Our friends at Nimmo Bay share this ethos of using locally sourced ingredients and cooking with the seasons.
